AN OPERA SUNG OF BLOOD AND CREED

"Where the Light Grows Cold"

Is a celebration of the unification

between metal music and epic fantasy through

the production of a story-based music video and

additional collaboration with

the Budapest Scoring Orchestra.

"Where the Light Grows Cold"

Serves as closure to "The Red Opera" chapter

as well as an all encompassing statement

further introducing the cast of characters

and modernized sound of DiAmorte.

Drake Mefestta - James Dorton

Mordian - Rachl Raxx Quinn

Colin Parks - Mike LePond - Drew Hurst

THE PRODUCTION

Overcoming the obstacles of 2020,

a collaborative effort spanning multiple

countries and film crews managed the

capturing of the performances and assets.

Working within the limitations

the idea arose to creation

of a hybrid lyric video / music video;

weaving the elements of live video, animation,

graphical elements, and lyrical animation

in order to create a unique experience that,

like the song itself, is a unification

of all things in a time of tribulations.
